Lora Robins Award

In 2002, the Virginia Historical Society created the Lora Robins award, named for the late Lora Robins of Richmond. Through very generous gifts, she created the Lora Robins Collection of Virginia Art at the VHS. We designed the award to recognize that individual who best emulates Lora Robins's splendid leadership, generosity, and foresight in collecting the evidence of Virginia's History for the benefit of future generations.
