About WRIR 97.3 LPFM
Reconstructing Richmond is produced in the studios of WRIR by Brad Kutner, Mitch Lord (narrator), and Charles Arthur (music supervisor). WRIR 97.3 LPFM is a locally owned, volunteer-powered community radio station based in Richmond, Virginia. WRIR has been on the air since January 1, 2005.
