Bobby Chandler Internship application

Through a generous grant from the Kip Kephart Foundation, the Virginia Historical Society is able to offer several $1,000 internships to area college students to work with the society’s education staff for 2014. Schedules are flexible and include occasional evening and weekend work. To apply, you must like history and enjoy working with the public, be 18 years of age or older, and be available for a week-long orientation in July. Like all VHS employees and volunteers, interns are required to undergo a background check. For more information, please contact Bill Obrochta at wobrochta@vahistorical.org.
