This award is given to the middle school student who completes a paper or classroom project that is creative, uses original primary source materials, and demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of some facet of American history. More information

Brenton S. Halsey Teaching Excellence Award

Any teacher in a Virginia public or private elementary, middle, or high school who teaches Virginia history, American history, or some facet of American history is eligible for the award. More information
