Technical requirements for accessing audio and video files:
For best performance, we recommend that you download (or upgrade to) the latest version of Windows Media Player.
To download Windows Media Player:
• Go to Windows Media Player Download Center
• Follow instructions for downloading and installing software (provided by Microsoft)

To check for updates:
• Launch Windows Media Player
• Choose: Help > Check for Player Updates

Audio:
To download and listen to mp3 audio files using Windows Media Player:
• Right-click on file link, select "save as," and save file in the desired folder on your computer
• Open Windows Media Player
• Go to: File > Open. Select the mp3 file from the folder on your computer

To download and listen to mp3 audio files using iTunes:
• Right-click on file link, select "save as," and save file in the desired folder on your computer
• Open iTunes to add content to your iTunes Library
