Digital collections
Digital collections at the Virginia Historical Society are groupings of materials described in the VHS Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) that include digital images of the objects or online versions of finding aids of collections. The groupings are derived from shared subject content, organization by similar types (genre) of material, or association in a particular program or presentation (such as The Story of Virginia exhibition content). New collections are added periodically. More search options are available in the society's online catalog.
