Use this form to request low-resolution digital snapshots of photographs and museum objects.

• Use: Low-resolution digital files are available for research purposes only. Under no circumstances are VHS snapshots to be used in ANY publication or on the internet.
• Format and delivery: Images will be delivered in JPEG format via email.
• Fees: Digital snapshots are $0.50 each. A standard $20 research fee is charged on all digital snapshot orders. If the amount of time needed for the research exceeds 30 minutes, further research fees will be charged. Members receive a 10% discount on digital snapshot orders. Become a member

• Please note: Digital snapshots may not have image quality equal to other photographic reproductions that are more expensive. (Go to photographic reproductions)
• Order photocopies of library materials (books and manuscripts)

All digital snapshot orders must be paid by credit card. The VHS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

After submitting this request, you will receive an invoice within 14 days. Once payment has been received, we will begin processing your order. Your order will be mailed within 4 weeks after receipt of payment.
